Freebee Services

Freebee provides transportation to a primary and secondary zone, where the primary zones encompass the University of Miami campus boundaries, and the secondary zone to certain areas around campus.

Rides must either start or end on campus to be eligible to use the service. This service aims to enhance the mobility experience by offering benefits such as mobile tracking, improved data collection, and extended service hours.

To access this service, simply request a ride through the UMiami App and choose the Freebee option. It is available on both iOS and Android platforms.

We’ve expanded the Freebee transportation service based on user feedback. The updated map now includes Vox student apartments, Trader Joe’s, and several other popular destinations.

 Hours of Operation (University of Miami):

  • Monday - Sunday: 7 pm - 4 am.
  • (All requests must be received 15 minutes before closing time.)

Dates of NO SERVICE:

  • Winter and Summer breaks
