Coral Gables Campus Parking Permit Sales - Faculty and Staff 2026-2027

For the upcoming academic year, faculty and staff parking permits will automatically renew when utilizing payroll deduction. No action is required for permit holders who wish to continue with their current parking selection. Current parking permit holders will receive an email confirming their designated color zone and the annual price, which will be effective Saturday, August 15, 2026.

Note: The auto renewal applies to those who pay for their permit through payroll deduction. If paid for by credit card, a new permit will have to be purchased through the parking portal.

New Campus Valet Service Kicks Off

Parking just got a little easier.

We are excited to roll out a new valet parking service designed to give students, faculty, and staff a more convenient way to park on campus — especially on busy days or when you’re short on time.

The valet service officially launches Monday, March 16 and will run as a pilot for the remainder of the academic year. Valet operations will be located at Cesarano Plaza on University Drive and Gusman Concert Hall on Miller Drive, operating Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The service is open to students, faculty, and staff, and is available to both permit holders and those without a campus parking permit. For permit holders, there are no color zone restrictions when using valet.

Using the service is simple. Just pull up to your designated valet location, drop off your car, and go about your day—whether that’s class, work, meetings, or an event. When you’re ready to leave, you can request your vehicle remotely from your phone so it’s ready when you are. Payment is quick and contactless, with credit cards and Apple Pay accepted at vehicle pickup.

Valet parking is completely optional and does not replace existing parking options. It’s simply an added convenience for those times when you want to save a little time and skip the search for parking.

Thank you for your flexibility as we test new ways to improve the campus parking experience.

Valet Parking Rates:
0-1 hour   $8.00
 1-2 hours  $16.00
 2-3 hours  $24.00
 3 hours +  $32.00
Games and Events: $30.00
